Hi, I'm Leslie. As a mom, I was tired of plastic containers that warped, stained, cracked, and left me wondering what was leaching into my kids' food. So I built Bare Ware—stainless steel lunchware that's safe, durable, and made for real family life.

Bare Ware lunch boxes are made from food-grade stainless steel with built-in compartments and a removable silicone gasket. They are designed to help families pack varied lunches with fewer loose containers, fewer missing lids and less to think about every morning.
A stainless steel lunch box can be a worthwhile investment for families who want a durable, reusable alternative to plastic. Bare Ware lunch boxes are designed for repeated everyday use rather than frequent replacement.
Bare Ware lunch boxes are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel with a removable food-grade silicone gasket. The stainless steel is non-porous and resistant to staining and retaining food odours.
The silicone gasket is designed to seal around the individual compartments when the lunch box is properly closed. This helps keep typical lunch foods such as fruit, crackers and sandwiches from mixing during the school day.
Many young children can learn to use the Bare Box, but some kindergarten-aged children need practice at first. We recommend letting your child practise opening and closing the latch at home before sending it to school.
Yes. The stainless steel lunch box and removable silicone gasket are dishwasher-safe. For a thorough clean, remove the gasket and wash both components separately.
