Shipping policy
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer standard shipping within Canada.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
During peak periods (including holidays and promotions), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $99 CAD
- $12 CAD – Ontario & Quebec
- $17 CAD – Rest of Canada
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada only.

Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
