What does pre-order mean?
Pre-ordering means you’re reserving your Bare Ware before it officially arrives in stock. We’re producing in small batches to reduce waste, so pre-orders help us make just the right amount — and ensure you get first access when the items are ready.

When will I be charged?
Your payment is processed at checkout to secure your spot in our first production run. This allows us to plan materials and quantities responsibly.

When will I get my order?
All pre-orders are expected to ship mid-December 2025. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes! You can cancel your pre-order anytime before it ships and receive a full refund. Just reach out to us at hello@shopbareware.com and we’ll take care of it.

How will I know when it ships?
We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way. You’ll get an email update when your order is being prepared, and a tracking link once it’s shipped so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

What are your shipping options?
We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $99. We currently only ship within Canada.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within Canada only. We’re working on expanding shipping soon, so stay tuned and join our newsletter for updates.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at hello@shopbareware.com to initiate a return.
