Return Policy
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@shopbareware.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is received and approved.
Once the returned items are received by our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Information
What are your shipping options?
We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing and delivery times may take slightly longer.
Free shipping is available on orders over $99. At this time, we only ship within Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within Canada only. We’re working on expanding shipping soon, so stay tuned and join our newsletter for updates.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been shipped yet.

Bare Ware products are responsibly manufactured in China with trusted production partners who specialize in stainless steel.
Do you use sustainable packaging?
Yes! All Bare Ware orders are shipped in plastic-free, recyclable packaging. We believe small swaps add up — for your family and the planet.
